How can I change my password?

How can I log into my account?

To access your account, hover your mouse over the top of the header where you will see the account option. Click on it to expand and then select the login option to sign in to your account.

How can I choose my destination?

To choose your destination, simply enter the city name or IATA code in the designated box.

How can I modify/cancel a previous booking?

You have the flexibility to modify or cancel your booking at any time. However, please note that changes or cancellations are subject to the terms and conditions of the airline or hotel you selected, as well as the fare and availability for your new booking. To make changes, log in to your account, select the itinerary you wish to cancel, and click on the cancel button. Provide a reason for the cancellation and submit your request. Our support team will review the terms and conditions related to your request and inform you about the cancellation policy. Please be aware that there may be an additional service fee for cancellations or date changes, depending on the specific terms and conditions of the airline or hotel, the same experience can be encountered for tour bookings.

What do I need to make an online payment?

All that you need is to have a valid credit card.

Once the payment is done, where can I get my tickets?

The electronic tickets will be generated automatically once your booking is confirmed. You can easily access and print the receipt, invoice, and e-ticket by logging into the "My Account" section on our website. Additionally, copies of these documents will be sent directly to your email for your convenience.

How late can I check in to a hotel?

Most hotels offer flexible check-in times throughout the day, but check-out times are typically fixed. It's important to review your hotel's specific check-out policy. If you anticipate arriving late for check-in, it's advisable to contact the hotel directly to avoid being marked as a "No show." This proactive communication can help ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience during your stay.

How do I know if my hotel booking is confirmed?

After you finish making your booking payment, we will promptly email you the hotel voucher along with the booking reference number. Additionally, you can conveniently view and manage all your bookings by logging into your account on our website. From there, you can check your travel itinerary and easily print extra copies of your hotel voucher as needed.

Do I have to re-confirm my booking?

You do not need to double-check your booking with us or the hotel. If you have any questions about your booking before your trip, feel free to reach out to our support team for assistance.

How do I reach the hotel?

After you have finalized your booking, we will promptly send you a voucher containing essential information such as the hotel's address, phone number, and reference number. Please make sure to organize your transportation to and from the hotel accordingly.
